  Edwin Wold is a business and management consultant with experience working at the strategic, operational, and functional levels of organizations. With an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering, a master’s degree in project engineering management, and an Executive Juris Doctorate with a specialization in contracts and patent protection, Edwin has a history of helping clients grow from “concept to cash” with an emphasis on adding more profit to the bottom line.

Utilizing his legal and engineering skills, Edwin is adept in business analysis, policymaking, and project management with a focus on innovative product design/prototyping and arranging for local or offshore manufacturing. He interacts with management and leadership to analyze the constraints/needs/aspirations of the business and helps guide them to strategically apply business approaches to help take the company to the next level. This is often centered around helping to create and protect the IP of an innovative product or introducing a new or improved product or service to the global market. Edwin is a Registered Patent Agent with the United States Patent Office, having worked on nearly 3,000 patents throughout his career.  

Edwin brings an engineering, project management, and intellectual property perspective to the Collaborate™ game. 

  Scott Romeo, aka THE STRATEGY EXPERT®, is the trusted advisor executives want sitting at the table when they are making their most important decisions. For the past three decades, Scott has helped organizations (from startups to Fortune 500 Companies all over the world) grow strategically. With a master’s degree in organizational management, and certificates in Hoshin Kanri, advanced facilitation, consulting, international business, and disruptive innovation, Scott’s diverse view of industries, and competitors, allows him to see an integrated and macro perspective of the organizations and their opportunities. It is often said Scott has “Diamond Eyes” (the topic of his first book on strategy published in 2014) – which describes the ability to see what others can’t, from concept to completion.    

Scott has 30 years of consulting in over 75 industries. Scott is the creator of Strategy-in-a-Day™, a one-day strategy session designed to help clients get from where they are today to where they want to be.   

For the past 22 years, Scott has been teaching business, management, marketing, and strategy to over 6,000 university students at both the undergraduate and graduate level. He enjoys sharing his knowledge with others. In 2019 Scott served as a Board member for the Baldrige National Quality Award (U.S. Department of Commerce). 

Collaborate™ utilizes Scott’s overall general business and management experience, along with his specialties in the areas of strategy, strategic planning, marketing and sales strategies, and strategic relationships. 

  Charles Cox is a Certified Master Black Belt in Lean and Six Sigma. He began is career as a Technical Advisor to Small-Medium Enterprises in Maharashtra, India providing basic engineering and accounting services at 2 industrial estates with approximately 100 companies. Throughout his 30+ year career, he has devised and launched operational initiatives that have frequently reduced cycle time by more than 70% by fundamentally improving operations on an enterprise-wide basis. 

Chuck has delivered Quality Function Deployment (QFD) workshops in design for the University of California-Berkley and has served as adjunct faculty at Arizona State University and San Jose State University. For the past 15 years, he has co-instructed the Master Black Belt professional certification course for the University of Texas (Arlington). 

Chuck has been a contributing author of six books. He brings substantial experience to the Collaborate™ game having worked both regionally and internationally in the areas of performance assessment and improvement, as well as product and process design.
